About RunSensible RunSensible is an all-in-one legal practice management platform that helps law firms manage client intake, matters, documents, appointments, billing, and legal accounting. We’re looking for someone with a legal education and at least one year of related experience in a law firm or sales. This entry-level role combines legal drafting support with cold calling, customer follow-ups, and product demonstrations. We will provide product training and ongoing guidance. What You’ll Do Assist with drafting, reviewing, and updating legal forms, document templates, and related content under team guidance. Proofread documents for clarity, completeness, formatting, and consistency, and flag legal-content questions for internal review. Make cold calls and send follow-up emails to introduce RunSensible to law firms and legal professionals. Understand prospects’ needs and explain how RunSensible can help. Schedule and present product demonstrations after completing training. Assist with general product questions, customer follow-ups, and onboarding. Keep customer information, conversation notes, and follow-up tasks organized in our CRM. What We’re Looking For Completed post-secondary studies in law, paralegal studies, or a related field. Graduation within the past two years to meet program eligibility requirements. At least one year of related experience in a law firm or in a sales role Strong spoken and written English. Confidence speaking with legal professionals and willingness to make cold calls and present software demonstrations. Strong attention to detail and an interest in legal drafting and document review. Good organizational skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn new software. Experience with cold calling, software demonstrations, or legal practice management software is an asset.
