Registered Nurse (RN) – Community Health Location: British Columbia, Canada Professional Summary: Russell Tobin is hiring experienced Community Health Registered Nurses (RNs) for travel opportunities across British Columbia. Join dedicated community care teams supporting home health, chronic disease management, wellness initiatives, and patient-centered care in diverse healthcare settings. Key Responsibilities: Provide community-based nursing care and case management. Complete client assessments, including RAI-HC assessments. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Deliver wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease support. Administer immunizations in accordance with BC CDC guidelines. Support home care clients and vulnerable populations. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Promote health education and disease prevention. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Qualifications Required Qualifications Active BCCNM RN registration or eligibility. BC CDC Immunization Certification. Minimum 1-2 years of Community Health, Home Health, Public Health, or related nursing experience. Strong communication, clinical judgment, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in community-based settings. Preferred Qualifications RAI-HC experience or certification. Wound care experience. Experience working with diverse patient populations in community settings. Position Details: Assignment Length: 4-13 Weeks (Potential Extension) Schedule and Shifts: Full-time hours as per operational needs of the facility Compensation: CAD $48-$58 per Hour Benefits: Travel and accommodation support provided.
