Primary Responsibilities Coordinate material deliveries in accordance to site requirements and restrictions. Review and analyze blueprints, specification lists and other relevant project documents to extract the scope of work and gain a thorough understanding of the project. Prepare estimates and calculate material take-offs while working within established deadlines. Work in tandem with our office, material suppliers, installation and shipping teams to ensure proper schedules are maintained. Identify, track and assist in resolving issues arising on the job site and, when applicable in the fabrication shop. Maintain detailed project records of ongoing projects and report to the Foreman and Supervisor for timely progress invoicing, production tracking, forecasting, daily productivity tracking etc. Review site logistics as required. Review, process, and track Requests for Information (RFIs). Maintain and update Excel tracking sheets. Assist with QA/QC documentation and track deficiencies using various platforms such as Fieldwire, Procore, and Bluebeam. Review project schedules and document changes to keep the project team informed. Assist with ad-hoc projects and other duties as required. Skills and Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Bluebeam experience is preferred. Experience with, or willingness to learn and implement, construction estimating software, AutoCAD, Plexxis, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet project demands. Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Strong sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Ability to work outdoors and endure varying site conditions. Ability to walk job sites for extended periods of time. Experience with Bluebeam is preferred. Why Join RWC?
