Job Description Direct incoming calls to proper departments Greet, assist, and direct all visitors and residents Manage front desk operations and provide information regarding the Retirement Home and its programs to visitors and inquiries. Communicate with staff Support administrative and activity functions by preparing materials. Receive deliveries from couriers and distribute accordingly. Support staff and management with special projects and clerical duties as needed. Create a welcoming environment for visitors and residents Prepare and lead activities with residents Work directly with FUN Coordinator and Resident Services Manager Qualifications High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in an elderly setting. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" above. Able to work in Canada Additional Information Part-Time Starting Rate: $17.60 While our Applicant Tracking System uses some AI-enhanced tools, every decision throughout screening, assessing, and selecting candidates is made by real people on our team.
