What You’ll Be Doing As a Customer Service Representative at our Kitchener location, you’ll bring your energy and customer-first mindset to every interaction. From assisting restaurants with product questions and order support to building lasting relationships through exceptional service, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers feel valued, supported, and set up for success — while growing your own career along the way.Here’s what your days might look like: Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable guidance on our wide range of restaurant supplies. Accurately process orders and perform detailed data entry. Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Learn internal operations and support the team to ensure smooth daily processes.
