Plan and oversee maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for shore-side facilities, equipment, and grounds across five sites, performing work directly or coordinating vendors and contractors. Maintain facility records and regulatory compliance, manage budgets and service-provider performance, and coordinate with the Vessel Maintenance Team to support shore-based systems.

The Facilities Officer is responsible for planning and overseeing maintenance and upgrades for shore-side facilities and equipment across five sites. This includes managing vendors, tracking expenditures, and ensuring compliance with safety and maritime regulations.
