About

SafeWave Systems has built the execution-control layer for the AI economy. SafeWave is built around one governing principle: Capability is not authority. As AI systems become more capable, autonomous, persistent, distributed, and able to act across real systems, capability itself cannot determine permission. SafeWave provides an independent execution-control layer designed to govern whether consequential execution may begin, what resources and pathways may be used, whether delegation, coordination, retry, or expansion remains authorized, how far effects may propagate, and when execution must be narrowed, interrupted, escalated, or stopped. SafeWave Systems has developed a connected 36-part execution-control architecture supported by 36 U.S. AI patent applications and filings. The software layer is available now for controlled partner evaluation, adaptation, integration, and testing in existing AI and AI-enabled systems. The architecture is designed to scale horizontally across the AI economy — including models and LLMs, agents and multi-agent systems, enterprise AI, cybersecurity, cloud and compute, finance, government, defense, biotech and research environments, devices, robotics, and critical infrastructure. SafeWave is software-first. Where stronger assurance is justified, selected controls may move progressively deeper through protected runtime, platform/OS, firmware, hardware-rooted enforcement, and potentially silicon. Deeper placement remains evidence-gated and subject to independent engineering validation. The objective is bounded acceleration: New capability should not create new authority. Intelligence can expand; authority must remain bounded. https://safewave.systems
