Job Description Sage is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to own the net-new prospect demand strategy for Sage X3, our B2B ERP solution for mid-to-large businesses in Canada. In this senior individual contributor role, you will own the full-funnel demand generation strategy across inbound and outbound motions, developing and optimizing integrated, multi-channel inbound programs and outbound account-based marketing (ABM) plays that drive engagement, pipeline creation, opportunity progression, and revenue. You will use performance data to identify where demand is converting, where it is breaking down, and where we need to adjust our strategy to improve lead quality, funnel conversion, and pipeline impact. You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations and our internal Campaigns and Digital Hub execution teams to translate your strategy and briefs into coordinated market execution, align inbound and outbound activity, optimize lead flow, and continuously improve performance across the funnel. Location Requirement: Hybrid; 3 days per week from our Toronto office Required Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, with demonstrated experience across both inbound demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM). Experience developing and owning full-funnel demand generation strategies for mid-market or enterprise B2B audiences, with accountability for pipeline and revenue outcomes. Demonstrated experience developing and scaling ABM programs across 1:many and 1:few motions, with experience using targeted 1:1 approaches for priority accounts where appropriate. Experience developing and optimizing integrated, multi-channel demand programs across channels such as email, paid media, webinars, events, search, content, and content syndication. Proven ability to use funnel and campaign performance data to identify opportunities and improve lead quality, conversion, opportunity creation, pipeline progression, and marketing effectiveness. Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS acquisition funnel and sales handoff, including demand creation, lead management, qualification, opportunity creation, pipeline influence, and conversion. Strong analytical skills, including experience working with KPIs, attribution, and performance measurement, and proficiency using CRM and analytics platforms such as Salesforce and Power BI. Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms to manage, measure, and optimize demand programs. Proactive approach to solving challenges and optimizing performance, with a focus on moving shared priorities forward, and driving measurable results. High emotional intelligence and effective communication skills with a collaborative, cross-functional approach to working style Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Own the full-funnel demand generation strategy across inbound and outbound motions, developing and optimizing integrated, multi-channel inbound programs and outbound account-based marketing (ABM) plays that drive engagement, pipeline creation, opportunity progression, and revenue. Partner closely with Sales and BDR/SDR teams to align account prioritization, target audiences, outbound motions, campaign priorities, and pipeline goals. Develop multi-channel demand strategies across email, paid media, webinars, events, search, organic, content, and other relevant channels, partnering with Campaigns and Digital Marketing teams to translate strategy into coordinated execution. Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to develop vertical and audience strategies, refine messaging, and ensure demand programs align to market priorities and pipeline goals. Optimize full-funnel performance by identifying gaps across lead acquisition, qualification, opportunity creation, and progression, and developing strategies to improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline impact. Use performance data, attribution, predictive insights, and forecasting to evaluate demand performance, identify opportunities, and continuously optimize programs and investment. Maintain visibility into lead flow, marketing-to-sales handoffs, attribution, and conversion performance to identify friction and improve alignment across the funnel. Use automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve how demand strategies and plays are planned, briefed, scaled, measured, and optimized. Establish and support scalable processes, systems, and ways of working that improve the speed, consistency, and effectiveness of demand generation. Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders and leadership. Benefits? Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role. For this role, in those locations, the target salary range for new hires is C$130,000 to C$145,000. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in a bonus plan (20%) based on company and individual performance. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
