We keep freight moving and our people supported. The Role As a Dispatcher, you're the link between our drivers, customers, and the road. You'll assign loads, track trucks, solve problems in real time, and keep everyone informed. What you'll do Assign and dispatch loads to drivers efficiently Monitor trucks and deliveries in real time; adjust when things change Communicate with drivers and customers professionally and calmly Handle breakdowns, delays, and hours-of-service issues as they arise Keep accurate records of loads, times, and driver status What we're looking for Prior dispatch or logistics experience preferred (we'll train the right person) Cool head under pressure and strong problem-solving Clear communicator with drivers and customers alike Comfortable with dispatch/TMS software and basic computer tools Available for [shift/on-call requirement] Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
