The role: As our Office Administrator, you’ll help keep our two facilities organized, welcoming, and running smoothly. This is a hands-on, varied role that supports senior leaders, coordinates office and facility needs, and works with employees and external vendors. At Saltworks, you'll be part of a growing clean technology company with a strong focus on integrity, productivity, teamwork, and quality. Key responsibilities: * Prioritize and complete a high volume of daily tasks and requests from across the company. * Support senior leaders with day-to-day business operations and scheduling. * Assist the business development and marketing team with conference preparation. * Provide administrative assistance to the accounting and HR teams as needed. * Book travel for team members across the company. * Welcome and assist visitors. * Coordinate office supplies, furniture, and workspace setup. * Maintain meeting rooms and common areas to ensure a professional and welcoming environment. * Manage our third-party cleaning company and oversee office cleanliness and presentation. * Contribute to the execution of company events, including meals and parties. * Perform additional administrative duties as required. What you bring: * Post-secondary education. * Friendly, approachable attitude with strong communication skills and the initiative to proactively engage with senior leaders when needed. * 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines. * High proficiency in written and spoken English. * Proficiency in MS Office. * A keen eye for detail and a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
