Having already strengthened our role as a trusted healthcare provider, Sanavie is looking for a Pharmacist to ensure patients receive safe, effective, and compassionate care. In this role, you’ll combine clinical expertise with patient counseling and pharmacy operations, ensuring that medications are dispensed accurately, regulations are met, and patients are supported with the knowledge they need to manage their health. The Pharmacist will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, guiding pharmacy staff, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to improve outcomes. Salary starts at 148,000$ CAD annually. No experience needed ! Key Responsibilities : * Review prescriptions from physicians or authorized prescribers to ensure accuracy, legality, and appropriateness. * Provide patient counseling on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage of pharmaceuticals. * Direct and support pharmacy staff in packaging, labeling, and handling medications. * Maintain compliance with quality assurance, controlled substances regulations, and hazardous waste disposal standards. * Keep accurate patient and pharmacy records, including prescriptions, billing, and inventory. * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Qualifications : * Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. * Active Pharmacist license in Quebec. * Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, drug interactions, and healthcare regulations. * Excellent communication and patient counseling skills. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. * Ability to work in both French and English (oral and written).
