We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Technician who will play a hybrid role, balancing billing coordination, patient care support, and clerical responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and analyze customer billing and accounts receivable. * Prepare invoices, audit and edit pre-bills, and resolve billing inquiries. * Monitor accounts receivable, perform reconciliations, and prepare reports on outstanding balances and collections. * Contact clients regarding payments, billing options, and account status. * Greet and direct patients, schedule appointments, and verify insurance eligibility. * Collect and process payments, reconcile patient accounts, and maintain accurate records. * Provide administrative support for patient inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience. * Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. * Handle mail distribution, and preparation of invoices, receipts, and reports. * Support general office operations to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Required Qualifications: * Diploma or certification in Pharmacy Assistance, Medical Administration, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in billing, pharmacy support, or patient services. * Knowledge of billing systems, pharmacy or healthcare software, and office tools. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written.
