Sanctum is Saskatchewan’s first hospice with respite and supportive care for people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS. Sanctum’s vision is for a community in which individuals requiring this assistance are able to attain their optimum level of health from their perspective, minimizing their vulnerability and maximizing their control and dignity. Sanctum recognizes the need to provide care with humility and without prejudice. The Supervisor oversees daily operations across multiple care programs to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care for clients. Key duties include providing clinical and administrative supervision, auditing documentation, and managing staff performance and safety.

Provide personal care, medication support, and household maintenance for clients living with HIV, mental illness, and addiction. Support residents through therapeutic counselling and the implementation of patient-centered harm reduction care plans.

Provide comprehensive wrap-around case management and psychosocial support to expectant women at risk in the community. Coordinate mental health, addictions, and physical health services while maintaining accurate client documentation.
