Basé à nos installations de Rivières des Prairies et se rapportant au Chef de Secteur - Opérations, le titulaire de ce poste aura à coordonner les opérations de production et de réception de matière première et de transformation pour notre usine de Rivières des Prairies. Il aura sous sa supervision une équipe 10 à 20 employés syndiqués avec qui il devra travailler de concert afin d’atteindre les objectifs de l’unité d’affaires. Horaire Horaire en rotation (shift de 3 jours de 12heures avec possibilité changement pour 5jours de 8heures) Responsabilités Superviser les opérations en tenant compte de respecter les procédures de Santé et sécurité, environnement et qualité de nos installations; Travailler de pair avec les équipes de transport pour faciliter le service à la clientèle, ingénierie, maintenance, etc. (Interne et Externe) Superviser l’aspect Santé & Sécurité; Améliorer l’efficacité organisationnelle des différents travailleurs présents; Compléter divers rapports; Voir au développement des employés sous sa supervision; Exigences Minimum de 2 années d’expérience comme superviseur / gestionnaire d’équipe syndiquée; Diplôme d’étude collégial (D.E.C.) ou Technique ou expérience pertinente; Très bonne capacité de gestion du changement, d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes ainsi que des aptitudes démontrées en leadership et en gestion d’équipe; Connaissances en réception et expédition de marchandises; Expérience dans le domaine alimentaire / agroalimentaire (atout) Dynamisme, débrouillardise, autonomie & capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément; Bilinguisme, un atout. Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience managing a unionized team and hold a college diploma or equivalent technical experience. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of shipping and receiving are required, with food industry experience considered an asset.
