Date : 8 septembre 2026 Supérieur immédiat : Chef laboratoire R&D Position : Technicien(ne) laboratoire Statut :Permanent, temps plein Département : Services Techniques Nombre de poste :1 Classification :4 RÉSUMÉ DES FONCTIONS Sous la supervision de la chef laboratoire R&D, le titulaire du poste sera chargé de réaliser des analyses de laboratoire sur différents produits laitiers destinés aux usines canadiennes, de participer à certaines étapes des projets de recherche et de contribuer à l’optimisation des méthodes d’analyse. Horaire : Lundi au vendredi, 7h30 à 16h RESPONSABILITÉS Effectuer différentes analyses microbiologiques, chimiques et physiques simples et complexes; Manipuler, tester, étalonner et gérer l’entretien de l’équipement dans un laboratoire; Anticiper, détecter, interpréter et avoir une démarche corrective des différentes techniques; Collaborer aux différentes phases de développement d’un projet de recherche et/ou développement; Prendre part à l’optimisation de méthodes d’analyses existantes et à l’élaboration de nouvelles méthodes; Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes. QUALIFICATIONS Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales ou un BAC en biotechnologie, en chimie analytique ou en biochimie; Posséder 1 à 3 ans d’expérience pertinente en techniques analytiques (environnement laitier, un atout); Sens développé de l’organisation, de la gestion des priorités et des tâches multiples; Excellentes compétences analytiques et de synthèse ainsi qu’en capacité de résolution de problèmes; Avoir le sens de l’observation, le souci du détail, l’esprit critique et la curiosité intellectuelle; Sens développé des responsabilités, de l’initiative, d’adaptation aux changements; Excellente aptitude à travailler en équipe et de façon individuelle; Capacité à mettre au point de nouvelles méthodes d’analyses et/ou de protocoles expérimentaux reproductibles; Avoir des connaissances des aspects techniques de développement, d’optimisation et de validation de méthodes d’analyse; Facilité à communiquer par écrit et verbalement ; Très bonne connaissance des éléments de Microsoft Office; Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis à l'oral et à l’écrit, car la personne aura à communiquer avec des collègues situés ailleurs au Canada. Requirements
