The Cashier is responsible for managing depot operations, including customer service, cash reconciliation, and supervising recycling technicians. They also perform physical tasks such as sorting, packaging, and loading materials while ensuring compliance with safety policies.

Lead Hand

The Lead Hand supervises staff on the plant floor to ensure compliance with policies and OH&S guidelines while training new employees. They are also responsible for maintaining production equipment, managing inventory, and assisting with shipping and receiving duties.

Recycling Technician (Casual)

The Recycling Technician is responsible for greeting customers, counting containers, and processing deposit refunds. They also perform physical tasks such as sorting, crushing, and loading materials while maintaining the cleanliness of the depot.
