This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills while helping clients look and feel their best. *Please don't call direct on Salon No*. *Responsibilities* * Deliver professional hair styling services, including cuts, color, treatments and styling tailored to each guest?s preferences. * Knowledge of esthetic treatments such as facials, eyebrows, body waxing would be a bonus for us. * Provide outstanding guest services by listening to client needs, offering expert advice, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. * Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the salon or spa area in compliance with health regulations. * Assist with retail sales by recommending products, conducting product demos, and upselling additional services to enhance client satisfaction. * Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and handling payments efficiently. * Promote a welcoming environment by engaging with clients, answering questions about services or products, and fostering loyalty through excellent communication skills. *Skills* * Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse clients. * Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all guests. * Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments clearly and upselling products confidently. * Experience in retail sales and product demonstrations to boost revenue opportunities. * Proficiency in various beauty services including hair styling, hair colour, hair treatment, facials and body waxing. * Ability to multitask effectively at the front desk while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. * Hospitality-minded attitude focused on creating memorable guest experiences that encourage repeat visits.
