Merchandiser Retail Team Lead

This includes building displays and end caps and resetting shelves to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. The primary duties involve providing in-store merchandising support to retailers by building displays, setting up end caps, and resetting shelves to maximize sales opportunities. Additionally, this role will support leadership functions such as reporting and training activities.

Candidates must be capable of performing physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs, and should possess 1-2 years of merchandising and/or planogram experience. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory are also required.
