Fan Service Representative - Sask Entertainment Group Saskatoon Blades | Saskatchewan Rush | Saskatoon Berries Sask Entertainment Group (SEG) is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and customer-focused Fan Service Representative to join our team. This full-time position is the first friendly face our fans will interact with when visiting our Fan Experience Zone. Whether they’re purchasing tickets, shopping for merchandise, or looking for information about one of our teams, you’ll play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service. If you’re passionate about sports, enjoy helping people, and want to be excited about going to work in the morning, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do Create Amazing Fan Experiences Welcome fans and visitors with a friendly, positive attitude. Help customers purchase tickets and merchandise. Answer questions about games, promotions, seating, and events. Perform administrative and reception duties for our ticket sales department. Build relationships with fans while creating memorable interactions. Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and by email. Team Store & Front Office Support Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and Team Store area. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Respond to voicemail messages and general inquiries. Process incoming and outgoing mail and courier shipments. Assist with office supply inventory and ordering. Help coordinate community donation requests. Assist with merchandise sales, cash-outs, till balancing, and daily closing procedures. Ticket Operations Process ticket payments and maintain customer accounts. Sell individual game tickets and ticket packages. Process rain check ticket exchanges. Assist fans with Flex Ticket redemption. Prepare daily attendance and game reporting. Support scout ticket requests and other ticketing administration. Be a Team Player Pitch in wherever needed to help deliver an incredible experience for our fans. Support special projects and other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For Someone who loves sports and enjoys being around passionate fans. Has a naturally friendly, outgoing, and positive personality. Makes people feel welcome and enjoys starting conversations. Provides outstanding customer service with a smile. Communicates confidently and professionally. Is organized and able to manage multiple priorities. Works well independently and as part of a team. Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning ticketing and point-of-sale systems.
