The Field Supervisor provides leadership, coaching, and guidance to the adjusting team while ensuring the accuracy of inspections and claims documentation. They also assist with recruitment, performance evaluations, and active participation in field-based customer service and sales initiatives.

Field Supervisor

The Field Supervisor provides leadership, training, and coaching to the adjusting team while ensuring the accuracy of inspections and documentation. They also assist with recruitment, performance evaluations, and resolving complex claims involving dissatisfied customers.

Customer Service Representative

On-site · Kindersley

The position is responsible for providing frontline customer service and clerical support while administering SCIC programs. Duties include processing customer contracts, capturing financial data, and resolving inquiries via phone, email, and in-person walk-ins.

Customer Service Advocate

On-site · Melville

The Customer Service Advocate acts as a subject matter expert to resolve escalated customer complaints and provide advice to field staff regarding program areas. They also research and prepare appeal documentation and collaborate with internal teams to develop policies and training materials.

Customer Service Representative

Provide frontline customer service and clerical support for SCIC programs via various communication channels. Responsible for administering contracts, processing financial data, and resolving customer claims for Crop Insurance and AgriStability.
