From designing awareness campaigns to creating easy-to-follow resources, you’ll play a key role in how new services are introduced across the organization. Working closely with teams and stakeholders, you’ll help make technology feel accessible, relevant, and genuinely useful. This is a unique opportunity to blend storytelling, content creation, and user experience in a collaborative environment—where your work will be seen, used, and valued every day. Qualifications: Two-year Diploma in Information Technology, Business, or Communications (foreign education must have Canadian equivalency certification). Five years of experience within an enterprise information technology environment in the field of technology adoption, instructional design, technology training or related field. Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver impactful training materials and services to optimize the use of technology and generate business value.
