International Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing the import and export of SCCL colostrum products, ensuring seamless order fulfillment from receipt through invoicing. You will serve as a key liaison between domestic and international customers, production centers, and logistics partners - supporting efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and a high level of customer service. Responsibilities: Coordinate with domestic clients, as well as Production Centers, to manage the shipment of SCCL colostrum products through SCCL to international destinations. Oversee inbound product receipt, verifying product integrity, documentation accuracy, and compliance with CFIA. Monitor and optimize supply chain performance metrics, maintaining detailed customer service logs to track order status and resolution. Execute full-cycle order processing, including order receipt, processing, inventory management, export documentation preparation, logistics coordination, and invoicing. Address and resolve transportation, import/export, and customer-related issues efficiently, ensuring seamless operations. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import/export regulations to ensure compliance with international trade laws. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Effective verbal and written communication abilities Proficient in building relationships and providing excellent customer service Excellent time management to meet critical deadlines in the fast-paced industry Highly valued: Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) Highly valued: Demonstrated experience working in JDE

The role involves managing the end-to-end import and export process for colostrum products, from order receipt and documentation to invoicing. The coordinator acts as a primary liaison between production centers, logistics partners, and international customers to ensure seamless delivery and compliance.

A bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or business is preferred, along with strong communication and time management skills. Experience with JDE and certifications such as APICS or CSCP are highly valued.
