This spring co-op will be filled in our Foxborough, MA office. What will you do? Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and status reports to ensure accuracy and visibility. Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and coordinate follow-ups to keep stakeholders aligned. Track milestones, action items, risks, and issues to support timely project execution. Assist with monitoring project performance, verifying task completion, and supporting schedule reporting. Support PMO tools and repositories, including SharePoint, templates, and process libraries. What qualifications will make you successful? Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Interest or foundational knowledge in project management methodologies. Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, PowerApps, Power BI, PowerPoint, or Excel is preferred. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new tools and processes. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis.
