Schneider Electric is seeking a strategic and growth-minded professional to accelerate the expansion of our Home Solutions business across Canada's leading retail partners. This individual contributor role sits at the intersection of business development, channel strategy, shopper marketing, and category growth. You'll identify emerging opportunities, launch new initiatives, and help build Schneider Electric's presence in some of the fastest-growing segments of residential technology. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, work directly with major retailers, and help define how Canadians adopt smarter, more efficient, and more sustainable home solutions. The ideal candidate combines the strategic mindset of a Channel Manager, the customer focus of a Shopper Marketing leader, and the entrepreneurial drive of a Business Development Manager. What will you do? Develop and execute channel strategies that support the growth of Schneider Electric's Home Solutions portfolio. Build strong relationships with key retail partners and collaborate on initiatives that strengthen category performance. Lead shopper marketing and omnichannel programs that enhance the customer experience and drive business results. Evaluate market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion. Support the launch and commercialization of new products and solutions across retail channels. Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities, overcome challenges, and deliver strategic initiatives. Influence stakeholders and drive execution through collaboration rather than direct people management. What qualifications will make you successful? Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline. 7+ years of progressive experience in Retail Sales, National Account Management, Channel Management, Category Management, Business Development, or Shopper Marketing. Demonstrated success managing national retail customers and delivering sustainable revenue growth. Experience working with major Canadian retailers such as Home Depot, Best Buy, Costco, Walmart, or equivalent. Strong understanding of omnichannel retail, category management, and customer planning. Experience within HVAC, Smart Home, Electrical, Energy Management, Connected Technologies, Consumer Electronics, or adjacent industries is preferred. Proven track record of developing and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and long-term growth strategies. Ability to travel up to 35% nationally Let us learn about you! Apply today.
