Provide Tier 2 production and implementation support for high-availability lottery and interactive platforms, including incident response, server and database operations, deployments, monitoring, and disaster recovery. Automate and improve operational reliability while maintaining security, documentation, change control, and coordination with technical teams, vendors, and customers.
