With multi-trade knowledge and utmost attention to detail, you will be responsible for directing the efficient operations and hands-on maintenance of Scotlynn facilities and special projects. You will lead various teams, coordinate contractors, and ensure all work meets building codes, safety standards, and operational requirements. How You’ll Do It Planning, overseeing and executing new construction, renovation and maintenance of projects Daily supervision of general labourers, trades, and subcontractors Oversight of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, and mechanical building systems Ensuring building systems are functioning properly and safely Ensuring the facilities comply with all relevant laws and regulations Conducting and documenting inspections, permits, and compliance reports Managing facility maintenance programs for buildings and grounds Coordinating vendors, materials, and equipment ABOUT YOU You’re a field‑first construction leader who knows how to run a site, drive performance, and keep crews focused on delivering safe, high‑quality work. Successful Scotlynn Candidates Have: Site leadership: Supervisor, Foreperson, Lead Hand, Coordinator Strong communication (written & verbal) Attention to detail; trustworthy, reliable, adaptable Works independently and in a team Preferred, But Not Required: Multi‑trade skills (carpentry, electrical, mechanical, concrete, finishes) Red Seal (Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Millwright) Working at Heights, WHMIS, First Aid/CPR Blueprint reading PMP/Gold Seal (asset) Lift equipment certs (scissor/boom/forklift) ABOUT US Scotlynn is a multinational produce grower and transportation provider specializing in time‑sensitive refrigerated products.
