Please note this is an onsite position. Eligible candidates must be able to reliably commute to our office in Brantford, ON. There will be the occasional need to work out of the Corporate Office in Norfolk County. With the continued growth of our business, Scotlynn is currently hiring a Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. This role acts as the second shooter for content production, provides hands-on editing support, and owns the day-to-day execution of Scotlynn's social media presence. From capturing content in the field and at community events to creating ad assets, this role plays a key part in telling the Scotlynn story. This individual will work with the Marketing Team to capture and share stories that highlight Scotlynn's people, operations, culture, and community involvement. This role combines creativity, organization, and analytics to help grow Scotlynn's social presence and strengthen engagement across multiple audiences. This role could also be known as Social Media Coordinator, Content Creator, Community Marketing Coordinator, Social Content Specialist, or Brand Content Coordinator. ABOUT YOU Successful Scotlynn Candidates Have: 1-3 years of experience in social media, content creation, communications, or marketing Experience managing and growing social media accounts Strong photo and video editing skills, including colour correction and graphic overlays Experience creating content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand promotions Familiarity with AI content creation tools and social media analytics Strong storytelling, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED WITH SCOTLYNN Support the execution of Scotlynn's social media content and campaigns Capture photo and video content across operations, employee initiatives, community events, and company activities Serve as a second shooter and provide production support for marketing projects Edit and produce photo, video, and advertising assets for digital channels Assist with social media scheduling, content publishing, and platform engagement Support community initiatives through event attendance and content coverage Prepare social media reports and help identify trends and opportunities for audience growth Collaborate with internal teams to uncover and share stories that strengthen the Scotlynn brand Maintain content libraries and ensure all content aligns with brand standards and messaging Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and workflow efficiency YOUR COMMITMENT This is a full-time, permanent role Work in-office from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday Occasional evening and weekend work required to cover community events, sponsorships, and company functions Some flexibility required between Brantford and Vittoria locations Ability to travel locally for content capture and event coverage HOW TO APPLY Interested in the role or want to learn more?
