Role Description This full-time, on-site Hairstylist role is based at Scruples Salon & Spa in the greater Toronto, ON area. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to salon health and safety standards, and managing appointment schedules. Qualifications Formal hairstyling education or certification from a recognized cosmetology or hairstyling program. Proficiency in haircutting, hairstyling, and basic to advanced coloring techniques. Knowledge of current hair trends, products, and treatments, with a commitment to ongoing skill development. Strong client service skills, including active listening, consultation, and professional communication. Ability to work on-site full-time, including evenings and weekends as required by salon scheduling. Attention to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in a salon environment. Experience in a salon or spa setting is an asset; familiarity with booking systems and retail sales is beneficial. Valid license or registration as required by local regulations in Ontario.
