Subsidized OPSWA memberships Paid travel time and mileage between clients Mobile device and 3 uniforms provided Qualifications Accepted To Work As a PSW Valid Certificate as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) from an Ontario institution. Requirements A valid driver’s license and vehicle to use for work daily is required Must be willing to drive to all areas (Toronto West, Downtown, East York) Meet Immunization requirements – MMR, Varicella, TB, Tetanus Current vulnerable sector check (VSC) Current Standard CPR level C certificate and First Aid Availability to work days 7am-3pm, evenings 2pm-10pm and every other weekend. Must be willing to have flexible schedule. This is a physically demanding position and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, lifting to a maximum of approximately fifty-five (55) pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent movement About SE Health SE Health is a not-for-profit social enterprise advancing health with heart. Requirements

Must hold a valid PSW certificate from an Ontario institution, a valid driver's license with a vehicle, and current CPR/First Aid certifications. Candidates must meet immunization requirements and possess a current vulnerable sector check.
