Requirements A valid driver’s license and vehicle to use for work daily is required Must be willing to drive to all areas (Toronto West, Downtown, East York) Meet Immunization requirements – MMR, Varicella, TB, Tetanus Current vulnerable sector check (VSC) Current Standard CPR level C certificate and First Aid Availability to work days 7am-3pm, evenings 2pm-10pm and every other weekend. Must be willing to have flexible schedule. Provide community-based personal support care to clients across Toronto West, Downtown, and East York. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver excellent care while managing a flexible schedule of day and evening shifts.

Must hold a valid PSW certificate from an Ontario institution, a valid driver's license with a vehicle, and current CPR/First Aid certifications. Candidates must meet immunization requirements and possess a current vulnerable sector check.
