CareGivers goal is to help keeppeople happy and healthy in their own homes by providing person-centered, safe, reliable, and professional home health services. As our new Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero, making sure the right care teams are in the right place at the right time. You’ll manage schedules, arrange shift coverage, handle time-off requests, prep payroll, and support staff with day-to-day scheduling needs. You’ll also take part in a weekly on-call rotation for after-hours scheduling support—because care doesn’t stop at 5 p.m., and neither do we! What will you bring? Experience in scheduling or coordination (bonus if it’s in a unionized or health care setting) Great organizational and multitasking skills Calm, creative problem-solving under pressure Strong communication and tech skills (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.) Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and the ability and motivation to learn new software/applications.
