Our West Edmonton Mall location will be *Canada's first DJI Authorized Experience Store*?a flagship retail destination where customers can explore, experience, and purchase DJI's industry-leading drones, camera stabilization systems, and imaging technology. As the first store of its kind in Canada, we're looking for passionate, customer-focused team members who are excited to represent one of the world's leading technology brands and help create an exceptional in-store experience from day one. *Position Summary* As a *Sales Representative*, you will deliver an engaging and knowledgeable customer experience by introducing DJI products, providing live demonstrations, recommending solutions, and supporting customers throughout their purchasing journey. *Key Responsibilities* * Welcome customers and provide outstanding customer service. * Understand customer needs and recommend suitable DJI products. * Demonstrate drones, gimbals, cameras, and accessories in-store. * Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall store performance. * Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system. * Maintain product displays, demo units, and store presentation to DJI brand standards. * Assist with inventory receiving, replenishment, and cycle counts. * Provide basic product troubleshooting and assist with warranty or repair intake. * Stay up to date with DJI products, firmware updates, and promotional campaigns. * Follow company procedures for cash handling, security, and loss prevention. * Perform other retail duties as assigned. *Qualifications* * Minimum *1 year* of retail sales or customer service experience preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Passion for technology and willingness to learn DJI products. * Comfortable demonstrating technical products to customers. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Legally authorized to work in Canada. * Meet the minimum working age requirements under provincial employment standards. * Able to lift up to *30 lbs* and perform physical retail duties, including standing, bending, reaching, stocking, and moving merchandise throughout the shift. * Must successfully pass a background check, where permitted by provincial legislation. *Preferred Qualifications* * Interest or experience in drones, photography, videography, or consumer electronics. * Previous experience using POS and inventory management systems. * Bilingual skills (English/French or English/Mandarin) are considered an asset. *What We Offer* * Competitive hourly wage plus commission and performance bonus opportunities. * Employee discount on DJI products. * Paid onboarding and comprehensive product training. * Career advancement opportunities, including *Keyholder*, *Assistant Store Manager*, and future leadership roles. * Group benefits eligibility in accordance with company policy and applicable provincial requirements.
