About the role
As part of our growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for invoicing and processing payments, while contributing to the smooth operation of administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare client invoices
- Process payments and ensure proper follow-up
- Verify and record financial transactions
- Maintain accurate accounting records
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure efficient follow-up
- Perform any other related tasks as required

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in Accounting from a school recognized by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, or High School Diploma (DES)
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable using computer tools
Salary: $24.39 per hour
Schedule: Day shift
