Our client, a well‑established and rapidly growing company in the distribution industry, is currently seeking a Sales Representative to join its dynamic team. Known for the quality of its products and excellence in customer service, the company serves a diverse clientele across Canada.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a client portfolio within the automotive industry, while identifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

-       Develop and manage an existing client portfolio.

-       Increase sales volume by offering tailored solutions and introducing new products.

-       Identify, prospect, and develop new clients.

-       Create growth strategies and analyze customer needs.

-       Participate in the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.

-       Conduct regular follow‑ups and maintain an active sales pipeline.

-       Manage pricing structures in line with profitability objectives.

-       Ensure sales activities are accurately updated in the CRM system.

-       Achieve and exceed sales and margin objectives.

-       Work closely with internal teams and business partners.

-       Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements:

-       Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, or a junior profile ready to grow into greater responsibilities.

-       Mandatory B2B sales experience, ideally in distribution or the automotive industry.

-       Valid driver’s license and availability to travel within the assigned territory (Greater Montreal area).

-       Proficiency with office tools and CRM systems (Microsoft Office Suite).

-       Strong communication and negotiation skills.

-       Ability to prospect in the field and manage time and priorities effectively.

Salary: Starting at $65,000 per year + commissionsSchedule: Day shift, 40 hours per week**
