You will work directly with the Chief of Strategic Initiatives & Global Supply Office, acting as a strategic thought partner and execution driver across company priorities. This includes everything from scaling new business lines and optimizing global operations to steering data-driven decision-making and enabling cross-functional excellence. This role is about turning insight into action — shaping ideas into measurable outcomes that move the organization forward. You’ll get a panoramic view of Joveo’s business, deep exposure to global leadership, and the chance to influence the company’s direction at the highest level. 🧠 What You’ll Do Act as a strategic extension of the CXO, driving high-priority initiatives across functions and regions. Partner with leadership to identify, plan, and execute AI-led growth, efficiency, and transformation projects. Lead deep-dive analyses into business performance, market opportunities, and competitive positioning to guide leadership decisions. Build and operationalize frameworks that translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes. Own and manage critical cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and speed of execution.
