You will lead strategic internal communication and recognition initiatives to connect employees with the company's purpose and values. The role involves working within a global matrix organization to unite teams across the region.

The candidate should have experience in managing internal communications and fostering inclusion and belonging within a large organization. Strong leadership skills and the ability to navigate a global matrix structure are essential.
