As a leading systems integrator and alarm monitoring company, we deliver the SES Difference, serving countless long-term clients with solutions and services that protect their people, customers, and assets SUMMARY The National Account Admin Coordinator serves as a key component of national account program delivery to assigned customers in our Electronic Security division. This is done by supporting branch resources and National Account program leadership. Reporting directly to the Manager, Program Management, the successful candidate assists in establishing organized install project delivery. Collaborating with billing, collections and customers to ensure efficient and accurate invoicing ensures revenue realization and customer satisfaction on this critical National Account benchmark. The coordinator works closely with the National Account Service Coordinator for accurate reporting of metrics and account performance. In addition, the Administration coordinator ensures adherence to policies and procedures, ensuring data integrity, quality planning, and SLA metrics are achieved. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide day to day administration support * Ensure invoices to customers are accurate and timely, collaborating with billing teams and collection teams to resolve invoice issues * Assemble data for scheduled SLA reporting * Reviewing customer billing and invoice accuracy * Working directly with Accounts Receivable, and internal teams to resolve billing issues * Coordinating invoicing activities to ensure timely and accurate revenue realization * Compiling, validating, and maintaining customer performance data and metrics * Preparing reporting packages and supporting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) * Supporting customer account management through reporting, follow-up, and operational coordination KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS * Possess interpersonal, communication and time management skills * Ability to work independently * Strong organizational and analytical skills * Proven accomplishments in customer service * Strong computer skills including MS Excel and Outlook * Committed team player who understands the power of collaboration and support of others QUALIFICATIONS: * College education preferably in an administrative area of study. Industry and task related courses may be considered as suitable alternatives * 2+ years experience in an administrative capacity, security industry preferred.
