As a leading systems integrator and alarm monitoring company, we deliver the STC Difference, serving countless long-term clients with solutions and services that protect their people, customers, and assets We are currently recruiting an emergency dispatcher for our afternoon and midnight shifts in our Mississauga monitoring station. The successful candidate will professionally represent Sonitrol in all forms of contact with clients, police, and fire agencies. The ideal candidate must have experience in a call center environment, with excellent customer service skills. She/he adjusts well to a fast-paced environment where, energy, enthusiasm, multi-tasking, and professionalism are required. We are looking to hire a candidate that is fully fluent in English, both oral and written. The candidate must work independently and have a very good attention to detail. She/he must have strong communication skills and be familiar with shift work. As we are a 24 hour, 365 days a year environment, working weekends and holidays are part of your position with us, as is assisting to covering other shifts during vacation and for sick calls.
