POSITION SUMMARY We are currently looking for an HVAC Technician specialized in VRV / VRF systems to support large-scale commercial and industrial projects. You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of high-performance climate control systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Install and connect HVAC systems (VRV / VRF) * Perform system startup and commissioning * Troubleshoot and repair systems (refrigerant, pressure, controls) * Program and adjust control systems * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance * Read and interpret plans, schematics, and technical drawings * Ensure compliance with safety standards on site IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE * Diploma in Refrigeration / HVAC * Valid trade certification - LOCAL U787 * Experience with VRV / VRF systems (e.g. Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Samsung) * Experience in commercial / industrial building systems * Strong understanding of multi-zone HVAC systems * Ability to troubleshoot complex systems * Autonomous, detail-oriented, strong analytical skills ASSETS * Refrigeration certification (EPA / TAG equivalent) * Experience in system startup / commissioning * Knowledge of automation and control systems * Field / construction site experience (highly valued) WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive salary (union or based on experience) * Large-scale, high-impact projects * Strong career growth opportunities * Dynamic and fast-growing environment * Solid and experienced team DO YOU HAVE VRV / VRF EXPERIENCE OR WANT TO GROW INTO THIS TECHNOLOGY?
