Mission: We are looking for a Buyer to support procurement activities and ensure effective follow-up with suppliers. This role will primarily involve data entry and maintenance within ERP systems, as well as monitoring purchase orders and supplier commitments. Contract duration: Up to 6 months Key Responsibilities: Perform data entry and updates in EPICOR (ERP) and related systems. Follow up with suppliers regarding purchase orders, delivery dates, and order status. Communicate regularly with suppliers to obtain required information and ensure proper order follow-up. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the relevant systems. Prepare and update purchasing tracking reports and spreadsheets. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or issues related to purchase orders and deliveries. Qualifications: Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, administration, or order management is an asset. Experience working with an ERP system, preferably EPICOR, is an asset. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Pivot Tables is an asset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication and follow-up skills when working with suppliers. Bilingual French/English, both written and spoken, is strongly preferred due to regular communication with suppliers. Le rôle consiste principalement à effectuer la saisie et la mise à jour des données dans les systèmes ERP, ainsi qu’à assurer le suivi des commandes et des engagements des fournisseurs. Durée du contrat : jusqu’à 6 mois Responsabilités: Effectuer la saisie et la mise à jour des données dans EPICOR (ERP) et les systèmes connexes. Effectuer le suivi des commandes auprès des fournisseurs, notamment les dates de livraison et le statut des commandes. Communiquer régulièrement avec les fournisseurs afin d’obtenir les informations requises et d’assurer un suivi efficace des commandes. Maintenir des informations exactes et à jour dans les systèmes concernés. Préparer et mettre à jour des rapports et tableaux de suivi liés aux activités d’approvisionnement. Collaborer avec les équipes internes afin de résoudre les écarts ou les problèmes liés aux commandes et aux livraisons. Qualifications: Expérience pertinente en approvisionnement, achats, administration ou gestion des commandes, un atout. Expérience avec un système ERP, idéalement EPICOR, un atout. Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Excel. Connaissance des tableaux croisés dynamiques, un atout. Excellentes capacités d’organisation et souci du détail. Bonnes aptitudes en communication et en suivi auprès des fournisseurs. Bilinguisme français/anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit, fortement souhaité en raison des communications régulières avec les fournisseurs. Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et à gérer plusieurs suivis simultanément. Requirements

Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, administration, or order management is an asset, as is experience with an ERP system, preferably EPICOR. Candidates should have good Excel skills, strong organization and attention to detail, effective supplier communication and follow-up skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple follow-ups; French-English bilingualism is strongly preferred.
