The role requires strong leadership, project management, and sourcing experience across a diverse supplier landscape. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end sourcing integration workstream across all categories (IT/software, services, indirect, clinical, capital, etc.). Apply sourcing best practices to drive improvements in cost, risk reduction, supplier consolidation, compliance, and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 4 years) in sourcing, supply chain, procurement, or related fields. Significant experience in sourcing or vendor management across multiple categories—or in a broad indirect procurement environment. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects with competing priorities. Experience negotiating commercial terms and managing suppliers. Desired Characteristics Understanding of IT/software and general indirect sourcing categories. Strong project management, communication, and influencing skills.
