About the role We are currently seeking a Laboratory Assistant in our culture media production laboratory located in St-Hyacinthe. The successful candidate will report to the Laboratory Supervisor - Media Production. The position offers an annual starting wage of $20/hour with the potential for additional compensation based on relevant experience and qualifications. The Laboratory Assistant is responsible for cleaning and sterilizing equipment, preparing workstations, and maintaining laboratory instruments. They will also manage inventory, participate in media exports, and assist with the media quality control process.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma and demonstrate meticulousness, rigor, and strong communication skills. Previous experience in a production laboratory and knowledge of Dynamics AX are considered assets.
