Manage daily warehouse operations related to shipping, receiving, and furniture restoration services, including receiving, storing, safeguarding, shipping, and recording items. Maintain inventory, replenish and locate Senate operational and heritage assets and uniforms, and support safe material handling and warehouse processes.

Collect, monitor, validate, and analyze information from public and authorized sources to identify patterns, emerging threats, and risks affecting senators and the Senate. Produce intelligence briefings and assessments, advise on mitigation measures, support investigations and protective security activities, and recommend improvements to OSINT capabilities and processes.

Lead complex and sensitive investigations, threat assessments, and security risk analyses involving people, facilities, information, assets, and parliamentary activities; develop investigative strategies, conduct interviews, assess evidence, and prepare findings and recommendations for senior decision-makers. Advise authorized stakeholders and collaborate with law enforcement, intelligence, security, and parliamentary partners, while improving investigation standards, threat assessment methods, and institutional security risk practices.

Manage daily production workflows and priorities, support team development, serve as a resource for specialized production tools, and help modernize transcription production, publication, sharing, and management.
