We are looking for a Lead Signaling Engineer to join our UAE team, leading the technical delivery of Rail & Metro Signaling systems. The role has a strong focus on verification, validation, design, system integration, installation, testing, and commissioning, with mandatory experience in Thales/Hitachi SelTrac solutions. Key Job Responsibilities: Lead Signaling verification and validation activities, ensuring system designs and technical solutions comply with project requirements Lead and review Signaling system designs, architectures, technical specifications, drawings, calculations, and engineering documentation Coordinate Signaling interfaces with Rolling Stock, Traction Power, Telecommunications, SCADA, Track, Platform Screen Doors, and other railway systems Review contractor and system supplier Signaling submissions, technical proposals, design documentation, and compliance evidence Support and review Signaling system installation activities Lead and support Signaling integration, testing, and commissioning activities Identify and resolve complex Signaling, interface, integration, and technical issues Provide technical leadership and guidance to Signaling engineers and multidisciplinary project teams Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Railway Engineering, or a related discipline 12–15 years of relevant experience Mandatory Rail Systems experience Mandatory experience with Thales/Hitachi Signaling — SelTrac solutions Strong understanding of railway Signaling architectures, train control, interlocking, ATP/ATO/CBTC, and railway interfaces Experience with Signaling verification, validation, design review, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning Experience reviewing Signaling system architectures, specifications, drawings, technical submissions, and supplier documentation Strong understanding of applicable railway Signaling standards and safety requirements Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with major railway system integrators Experience on large-scale Metro projects Experience with automated railway and CBTC systems Experience across design, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning GCC railway project experience Why Join Sener?
