We are looking for a Senior Rolling Stock Engineer to join our UAE team, providing technical leadership across the design, engineering coordination, installation, and technical delivery of Rolling Stock systems. The role will involve close coordination with wider railway systems and infrastructure throughout the project lifecycle, from design through installation and technical delivery. Key Job Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate Rolling Stock engineering activities across design and delivery phases Review Rolling Stock designs, technical specifications, system requirements, drawings, calculations, and supplier documentation Coordinate Rolling Stock interfaces with Traction Power, Signaling, Telecommunications, SCADA, Track, Civil, MEP, and other railway systems Review Rolling Stock technical proposals and supplier submissions for compliance with project requirements Support and review Rolling Stock installation activities and ensure alignment with approved designs and technical specifications Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews, technical workshops, interface coordination, and design assurance activities Support testing, commissioning, integration, and technical verification activities where required Provide technical leadership and guidance on Rolling Stock engineering and system interfaces Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Railway Engineering, or a related discipline 12–15 years of relevant experience Proven experience in Rail Systems and Rolling Stock engineering Strong understanding of Rolling Stock systems, equipment, interfaces, and railway operational requirements Experience reviewing Rolling Stock designs, specifications, drawings, technical submissions, and supplier documentation Experience coordinating Rolling Stock interfaces with major railway systems Experience supporting Rolling Stock installation and integration activities Strong knowledge of applicable railway standards and technical requirements Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with major railway system integrators or Rolling Stock manufacturers Experience on large-scale Metro or Rail projects Experience with complex automated railway systems Experience supporting installation, testing, commissioning, and integration GCC project experience is an advantage Why Join Sener?
