We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our UAE team, leading the structural design and technical delivery of complex railway infrastructure and large-scale building structures. Key Job Responsibilities: Lead the production, coordination, and technical review of structural designs for Rail & Metro projects across concept, preliminary, detailed, and IFC design stages. Lead the design of structural systems for large-scale railway buildings and infrastructure facilities, including reinforced concrete, steel, and other structural systems. Prepare, review, and approve structural calculations, drawings, specifications, technical reports, and engineering deliverables. Ensure structural designs are technically robust, constructible, coordinated, and compliant with project requirements and applicable standards. Coordinate structural design with Architecture, Civil, MEP, Geotechnical, Track, Rail Systems, and other multidisciplinary engineering teams. Lead multidisciplinary design reviews, technical workshops, design coordination meetings, constructability reviews, and value engineering activities. Review structural analysis, design methodologies, technical calculations, and engineering solutions for complex structures. Identify and resolve complex structural design issues and multidisciplinary coordination conflicts. Review technical submissions, RFIs, design changes, contractor proposals, and other engineering documentation. Provide technical leadership and guidance to structural engineers and support the development of the structural design team. Ensure structural design deliverables meet project schedules, quality requirements, and Sener engineering standards. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline. 11–14 years of structural engineering experience. Mandatory Rail & Metro design experience. Proven experience in the design of structures for Rail & Metro projects. Strong experience in the analysis, modelling, and design of large-scale building structures, including reinforced concrete and steel structures. Strong structures design experience is mandatory. Proven experience leading the production, coordination, and technical review of structural designs across multiple design stages. Strong understanding of structural analysis, design methodologies, structural systems, and applicable international standards. Experience coordinating structural designs with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Experience reviewing structural calculations, drawings, specifications, technical reports, contractor submissions, RFIs, and design changes. Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, or equivalent, along with AutoCAD. Experience with Revit Structure, BIM coordination, and digital engineering workflows is an advantage. Preferred Job Qualifications: Experience working on large-scale Rail & Metro projects with international engineering consultancies. Experience in the design of major railway buildings, stations, depots, maintenance facilities, or other complex structures. Familiarity with GCC railway requirements and international structural standards. Experience leading multidisciplinary structural design teams across multiple project phases.
