Maintain and repair building systems, infrastructure, electrical and plumbing fixtures, and interior spaces across the organization’s facilities and properties. Complete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance tasks safely, use maintenance and communication tools effectively, and support reliable service delivery.

Develop and deliver daily recreational and rehabilitative activities tailored to clients’ physical, mental, and cognitive needs, while supporting personal care, independence, and safety. Maintain client and program records, report hazards, and collaborate with the Day Program team through meetings and case discussions.

Processes bi-weekly payroll, handles payroll inquiries and filings, prepares payroll reports and journal entries, and reconciles payroll and bank accounts. Supports general finance operations, including client payments, cash and cheque deposits, and secure administration.

The Team Leader oversees daily dining room operations, including supervising staff and volunteers to ensure high-quality, safe service. They are responsible for managing inventory, maintaining hygiene standards, and addressing client needs to ensure overall satisfaction.
