Job summary
Job Description Lead multidisciplinary team in the development and deployment of AI-driven personalized health solutions. Take ownership on the full cycle of ML and AI initiatives from ideation to execution. Hands-on involvement in data analysis, prototyping, and validation to support product development. Focusing on impact and continuous delivery connecting the models and science to business value. Develop a strategic vision for product growth and research initiatives. Identify opportunities for expanding product capabilities through new technologies or partnerships. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration among the team. Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on experiencs in development of ML models with experience of productizing in real world use cases, high standard performance at scale. Proven track record of developing and launching healthcare/medical models and AI based products. Strong leadership skills, capable of mentoring and developing talented team members. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical topics in English to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving and time management skills.
