Senstar has an opening for a hands-on Assembler, reporting to the Manufacturing Manager. The Assembler will be working onsite as a VITAL member of an amazing manufacturing team. The Expectations of the Position include... Harnessing, electromechanical and cable assembly Build product within the standard labour timeframe on our ERP system Soldering on various printed circuit boards, experience an asset Incorporate Engineering Change Requests and/or Engineering Change Orders Report any non-conformances and/or problems Provide input to assembly drawings and procedures Provide regular feedback to management on assigned tasks Masking and conformal coating Some testing of product when required Help out in other departments when required What You Bring to Senstar… Grade 12 education or equivalent Able to use assembly equipment including, but not limited to, soldering irons, rework stations, crimpers, hand tools, meters and some test equipment Able to document and report any problems or non-conformances Able to use a computer at a basic level, including data entry Able to complete J-Standards training; certificate an asset Soldering certificate an asset Able to understand and communicate in English, both reading and writing Able to follow direction to complete assigned tasks Able to identify and report problems Able to sit and/or stand for long durations, lift and carry up to 10 lbs, and perform bending, twisting and reaching Able to concentrate and focus for long periods, and analyze and evaluate decisions What Senstar has to Offer… Extensive training and development A collaborative and supportive team environment Competitive compensation program Deep industry roots, with more than 40 years of experience and expertise An opportunity to work and learn in a global organization A continuous improvement mindset with innovation as the cornerstone Inclusion & Accessibility At Senstar, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, accessible workplace that values a wide range of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
