The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with demonstrated expertise supporting women with hormonal health, reproductive health, fertility, and overall wellness. ✨ About the Role As a Naturopathic Doctor, you will provide individualized, evidence-informed naturopathic care with a particular focus on women’s health. You will work collaboratively alongside other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique health concerns, lifestyle, and wellness goals. 🩺 Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed medical histories, health concerns, lifestyle factors, and appropriate physical assessments. • Develop personalized naturopathic treatment plans using evidence-informed approaches. • Support patients with women’s health concerns, including hormonal imbalances, menstrual health, fertility, preconception care, reproductive health, and overall wellness. • Provide recommendations within scope of practice, including clinical nutrition, lifestyle counselling, supplementation, botanical medicine, stress management, and sleep support. • Educate and empower patients to better understand and manage their health. • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. • Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential patient records in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. • Collaborate with physicians, psychotherapists, allied health practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated care. • Stay current with advancements in naturopathic medicine, women’s health, fertility, and evidence-informed practice. • Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming clinic environment. 🌸 Qualifications & Skills • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a Naturopathic Doctor. • Strong clinical experience and interest in women’s health, hormonal concerns, and fertility/infertility care. • Current registration and good standing with the applicable provincial regulatory body. • Strong knowledge of naturopathic medicine, clinical nutrition, anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. • Excellent patient assessment and clinical reasoning skills. • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans for complex health concerns. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to educate, motivate, and support patients throughout their health journey. • Commitment to evidence-informed, ethical, and patient-centred care. • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education. • Previous experience using Jane App is considered an asset. • A reliable mode of transportation is required. 💚 What We Offer • Flexible schedule • Company events • Supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary environment • Opportunity to develop and grow a women’s health-focused practice • Opportunity to collaborate with other healthcare professionals • Professional and welcoming clinical setting 📍 Work Location: In person We are looking for a Naturopathic Doctor who is passionate about women’s health and reproductive wellness and who believes in helping patients feel informed, supported, and empowered in their healthcare decisions. 🌿 If you are an experienced ND looking to bring your expertise in women’s health, hormones, and fertility to a collaborative healthcare team, we would love to hear from you.
