Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, communications, meetings, travel, and administrative priorities, while triaging requests and ensuring commitments and follow-ups are completed. Maintain the sales pipeline and CRM, coordinate prospect activity, and help create repeatable administrative processes and, optionally, support LinkedIn content.

Shoot and edit social-first video for client campaigns, including interviews, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, product, and trend-based content. Collaborate with strategists and account managers on ideas, briefs, deadlines, revisions, and on-site production.

Manage client relationships from onboarding through delivery, reporting, renewal, and account growth, serving as the primary contact and first escalation point. Coordinate client feedback and content approvals with internal teams, monitor delivery against scopes and deadlines, present performance insights, and support renewals and new business.
